href='http://www.miamiluxuryhotels.com/'>Miami, luxury hotels are as dazzling as they come, and for some, it’s enough to stay here and enjoy the whole vacation inside and at the pool. For others, it’s just a start, because there’s as much life out there as anyone has ever seen. The vibrant city has its share of talented musicians and visual artists, and the rich diversity of the city makes it a very inspiring place for creative minds. It’s difficult for anyone to find their way around in the arts community when there isn’t a big infrastructure.

With this in mind, Miami’s Independent Thinkers began. This is a non-profit that’s devoted toward building coalitions among the artists living in South Florida. They are particularly gravitationally compelling to independent visual artists who are working <a

There are more of these than ever before, and some of the most interesting work is happening off the map.

Miami’s It, as they like to call themselves, are very active in the local community, sponsoring a host of events for visual artists and their audiences, and even do a festival of experimental film. If there’s a good reason to leave a gorgeous hotel, this might be it.

<a
